After more than a year of development, we’re excited to announce the launch of Rice Public Art : A Campus Art Guide!

This new iOS application was built in collaboration with The Moody Center for the Arts to help users to learn about public art on the Rice University campus.

It contains detailed information about all of the works in the University’s public art collection, as well as navigation assistance, enabling users to locate any art work on campus. The app also allows users to track events organized by The Moody Center for the Arts, which oversees Rice University’s art collection.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to build this app on behalf of The Moody Center for the Arts. We believe its intuitive design, easily navigable architecture and exciting content will empower visitors to learn more about art on campus; we are proud of the final!

“We are thrilled to have such a well-designed app for students and campus visitors to discover and engage with Rice’s stellar public art collection. The student developers, designers and product managers have done an outstanding job creating a valuable resource in support of the arts at Rice.”

— Alison Weaver, the Suzanne Deal Booth Executive Director of the Moody Center for the Arts.

Next time you stop by campus, download the app from the iOS App Store and explore!
